Columbia Down River Race - in the afternoon

Will be a competition where the PDR's are towed up river by a power boat with a safe, sane, sober, Coot to a agreed upon site at slack water and will race down river on the out going tide with river current advantage first hull to touch Caterpillar Isle wins.**

The three Captains wearing the best* Maritime Hat will be given a starting Advantage plus a award of a photo of John Kohnen flipping the bird to someone wearing a Greek Fisherman's hat. Wait we do not have a photo or John's permission so that will not be an award.
